I’m Justine Cara

a creative director and video producer who builds brand-defining campaigns for purpose-driven companies.
Currently I am the Director of Creative Production at Hello Sunshine, where I oversee content creation at Reese Witherspoon’s Media Company championing women narratives across Hollywood, Publishing, and so much more.
Since I started, the channels have grown more than 2 million followers. I spearheaded the social campaigns of 20+ tv shows including Daisy Jones & the Six, Tiny Beautiful Things, and From Scratch, earning a Webby honoree for mobilizing the book-to-screen community. I produce multi-million dollar creative for global partnerships including Apple Books, IKEA, and Taco Bell.
With 8+ years of experience in multi-platform storytelling, I produce, develop, edit, and program content on various platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube across multiple brands. I value creative collaboration and thrive in fast-paced environments with a bias on action.
